At Bassetts, we want you to love your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bassetts account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
